John Biernat is a practicing attorney at Padilla Law Group in Birmingham, Michigan. He earned his juris doctor degree from UDM Law in 2017, having achieved a place on the dean’s list during four different semesters. Following his graduation, John Biernat became a member of the State Bar of Michigan. He now focuses on personal injury and auto negligence cases.

Prior to beginning his career as an attorney, Mr. Biernat served as a patrol officer in Harper Woods, Michigan. In 2012, he was recognized by the Fraternal Order of Police Lodge 102 as Officer of the Year, and was also honored with a Medal of Valor. He received letters of praise and appreciation from the community on numerous occasions during his time with the police department.

Outside of his professional achievements, John Biernat enjoys active hobbies such as weightlifting. He is also a world traveler with a strong interest in studying foreign languages, as well as an alumni member of Sigma Chi and a member of the Polish American Congress.
